Hosted Buyer Programme

Hosted Buyer registration is managed by BEIA and generally opens several months ahead of the event. You can apply via the official MEETINGS website, where you’ll complete a short application outlining your event planning role and travel preferences.

Once approved, Hosted Buyers receive a full package of event benefits, including:
