About Us

Hallmark Ltd commenced in 1986, during the time of a regulated industry, vast change, and prior to the 1987 share market crisis. Founded by Roger Dowe, his dream for Hallmark was a company based upon a few key ideologies. Reputation and Quality were paramount, and whatever Hallmark did, we must always remember our business is only as good as our last job.

In the 90s, Hallmark grew rapidly with its purchasing of Toyota Coasters, and had a strong presence in the 12-20 seater market, especially in tourism. It had several contracts with Airlines and its presence was soon seen in the market.

After purchasing several other operators, Hallmark even at one time had 6 stretch limousines as part of its fleet.

In 1995, CHOGM was hosted in New Zealand and Hallmark rose to the market, with expansive fleet and heavy involvement As well as the first Americas Cup hosted in Auckland

Through the next two decades, Hallmark continued to grow and engage new markets.

Today, Hallmark still strives to meet Roger’s ideology, of providing the best service, with quality and above all, maintain an untouched Reputation.
