Cruise Ship movements are very complex. Hallmark understands that guests may not disembark or embark when their bookings are made. Or the fact that when exiting or arriving to a strange location, knowing where to go and who to find is a huge challenge.
Our Port transfer services have our own ground team who are right there, to meet our guests and direct to drivers, or drivers who are able to direct to the correct places to attend. Our presence in the key ports of New Zealand, is evident to our ability to provide quality transfer services upon request.
Many ports in New Zealand, Hallmark has restricted access to be able to provide greater services and more personalised care.
Hallmark integrates with every key airport, hotel, lodge, motel or accommodation provider to ensure that guests can be met, transported without any issues or delays. We actively work with guests to assist them meeting their pre-arranged times, or suggested timings that allow them to travel in comfort without worrying to meet flights. Upon arrival, our Chauffeurs are located in the Pre Book areas of airports, and will be holding signage to reflect our guests names, group names or corporate images.
Our fleet can accommodate from individuals to varied group sizes.
Meet & Greets are customary services, combined with the ability to meet multiple flights, or inter terminal transfers and a myriad of options.
